“Between stimulus and response. there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

Victor Frankl.

My yoga journey started as a self-healing practice during a crossroad in my life. Confronted with the mental and emotional strains created by the corporate world and having witnessed its sometimes dehumanising nature and effect on our wellbeing, I turned to my practice while deepening my self-awareness, often reflecting on what makes us fundamentally human.

I teach primarily private yin yoga classes inviting students to turn inwards and to embrace a meditative, nurturing and compassionate practice. My approach is funcional is the sense that yoga doesn’t have to conform to an aesthetic ideal but rather, the practice is open to all regardless of individual capabilities. I believe that everyone is unique and that the practice of yoga offers a journey orientated towards physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

I have had the privilege of studying with some of the world’s most senior yin yoga teachers including Jo Phee and Joe Barnett. I also completed a 200hrs Vinyasa yoga training in London under the supervision of Naomi Annand and Adam Hocke and currently a studying at the Insight Yoga Institute lead by Sarah Powers.

I am based in Madrid and is still navigating through the corporate world while cultivating my inner smile. I teach private in person and online classes in English, French and Spanish.
